The Vineyard Worship Resource Team encourage and facilitate intimate, authentic and accessible worship in African Vineyard churches through training, resourcing and teaching. Our goal is to develop a network of key leaders to empower worship leaders in their regions. Throughout the year we visit churches, pastors and worship leaders. We spend time with key leaders, conduct workshops with worship teams & lead weekend conferences or retreats.

Carroll & Alan Foster

The VWRT have resources on CD and DVD for all levels of interest. From Songwriting, to Theory to the Theology of Worship, we have chosen some of the most outstanding training materials available. We also offer CDs and DVDs for small group and personal worship.

Alan and Carroll Foster are currently employed by the Association of Vineyard Churches to oversee the VWRT. They are worship pastors at Valley Vineyard in Johannesburg, South Africa where they have led worship together since 1983. They travel throughout Africa teaching and training worship leaders and developing new ideas on the diversity of multi-cultural worship.
